How this website handles the inquiry details you provide and the visit data used to understand site usage
When you send an inquiry, the site stores your name, company, email or phone number, project brief, selected product if any, source page, language and submission time. It also stores browser information and a hash of the originating IP address; the submission endpoint uses source information to limit request frequency and duplicate submissions. The engineering team uses inquiry details to review and respond.
The site stores a random visitor identifier in browser local storage and a session identifier for the current session. Page views and clicks on products and navigation are sent to the site backend with the page path and language. These events support visit trends and section usage reports.
